Responsibilities

Supply Chain Reporting & Analysis
Create and share scheduled reports to support daily operations
Work with leaders on one‑time (ad hoc) projects that improve supply chain efficiency and help manage costs
Review inventory levels to identify opportunities to improve stock availability
Help increase the use of supply chain tools by creating helpful reporting and insights
Support demand planning improvements through data analysis and reporting
Assist with the rollout of new supply chain software and process tools
Help teams understand and use new reporting tools through guidance and education
Support improvements in demand planning using reporting and analytics
You’ll get exposure to multiple teams and support them with data and analysis:
Collect and analyze customer pricing data to help ensure healthy sales margins
Review replenishment plans and assist with analytical tools that support sourcing and reporting
Analyze buying activity to highlight constraints and opportunities
Assist with analyzing freight lanes, volume, and shipping patterns to help optimize service and cost
Provide analytical support to ensure operational needs are reflected in buying plans
Help validate data to ensure reporting is accurate
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Positive team player with strong communication skills
Self‑starter with good time‑management skills and the ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics-driven environment
Flexible and able to collaborate with different teams
Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new systems
Preferred
Currently enrolled in a four‑year college or university
Experience with Oracle (JD Edwards) or Tableau
