Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations using OIC components

Hands-on experience building and managing integrations across HCM modules

Ability to create extensions, custom UIs, and applications using VBCS

Strong experience in data migration, mass loads, and transformation logic

Experience using HCM APIs for integrations, data operations, and extensions

Building, customizing, and scheduling extracts for reporting and integrations

Creating, modifying, and optimizing BIP and OTBI reports and related objects

Expertise in Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, absence, and reporting requirements

Configuration and use of flexfields for business needs and integrations

Strong familiarity with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, OTL, and Absence Management
