Responsibilities
You will be part of a team from US, Mexico and India that work together to approve and disposition company assets while following a defined process with strict adherence to the Finance manual
You will advise and assist all Ford locations with following proper scrapping procedures while maximizing the value, ensuring safe and environmental disposal methods
As the leading scrap coordinator, you will be looking for process improvements to enhance our programs to optimize efficiencies
Visiting Ford and supplier sites to assess and coordinate the removal of tooling, racks, equipment and structures to meet required timing and schedules
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, OneDrive, Sharepoint and DocuSign
Working knowledge of the Finance Manual
Preferred
Experience in working directly with Ford trades and/or contractors in a Ford union environment
Strong organizational skills
