Responsibilities
Program Planning & Governance: Develop and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel workstreams
Meeting Facilitation: Lead program meetings, create agendas, track decisions, and ensure accountability
Program Execution: Maintain the roadmap, ensure workstream alignment, manage dependencies
Communication & Change Management: Deliver clear updates, support adoption of new operating models
Qualification
Required
7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech
Must have experience managing multi-party data analytics projects as well as experience working with omnichannel strategies
Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influencing skills
Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through
Comfort working with data, analytics, AI/ML or omnichannel programs
