Responsibilities
Serve as a Materials subject matter expert within the Digital Factory team, translating operational needs into clear digital solution requirements
Lead end-to-end deployment of global digital solutions (pilots → scale), ensuring adoption, standardization, and measurable performance improvement
Analyze complex operational data and build insights/dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities across global sites
Drive digital workflow design to standardize and optimize Materials processes within the global digital ecosystem
Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and site DF teams to ensure alignment, solution readiness, and cross-functional execution
Support integration across ERP, MES, WMS, planning, and automation platforms to enable seamless material flow and data connectivity
Champion continuous improvement and innovation by identifying new digital capabilities (automation, ML, predictive analytics) and supporting adoption through training and change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field required
Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP preferred
Advanced PC skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Effective communication skills and the ability to speak before groups of customers, suppliers, and employees
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems in standardized situations
Proficient in reading and interpreting documents
Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
Devise and implement logistics strategy to achieve business objectives
Proficient verbal and written English skills
Preferred
Master's degree in business analytics or artificial intelligence preferred
2 years of work-related experience in supply chain or manufacturing preferred
Manufacturing, materials, procurement, forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and warehouse management experience preferred
