Responsibilities
Manage the growth, performance, and overall maturity of the assigned onsite account
Oversee the daily operations of the onsite temporary workforce for a specific Job&Talent client
Ensure 100% fulfillment of job orders in compliance with client expectations
Screen, interview, and drug screen candidates for open roles
Manage the workforce through the Job&Talent Business App, including attendance tracking, timekeeping, and performance oversight
Oversee payroll accuracy and timely processing
Run and distribute customer reports as directed by the next-level manager
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management teams
Ensure 100% client satisfaction through quality performance and service delivery
Proactively collaborate with the next-level manager to establish and implement work procedures and standards for continuous improvement
Work extended hours as needed during peak periods or to cover vacancies
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and workforce management skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate company systems and apps efficiently
Experience managing attendance, reporting, and payroll processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Communication skills: 1 year (Required)
