Remote Support Services Analyst
Triptastic Adventures is expanding its remote team and seeks dependable, customer-centered individuals for the role of Remote Support Services Analyst. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist clients with planning and coordinating various travel-related services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Support clients with planning and coordinating customized arrangements
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options based on client needs
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
Communicate professionally via email and phone
Assist with updates, changes, and service-related inquiries
Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential client records
Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Reliable internet access and smartphone (computer is also strongly recommended)
Strong customer service skills
