Responsibilities

Turn Strategy into Action: Partner with AV & Broadcast Services leadership to translate high-level vision into execution-ready program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Lead Complex, Global Initiatives: Orchestrate large-scale, multi-quarter programs that impact GM facilities across the enterprise, ensuring cross-team alignment and seamless execution
Establish Delivery Cadence: Define and manage the operating rhythm for the AV & Broadcast Services organization, ensuring progress toward 2026+ strategic targets and proactively surfacing risks, blockers, and decision points
Shape Enterprise Infrastructure: Influence investments in platforms, tooling, and infrastructure that enable scalable AV and broadcast capabilities, from design and development through deployment and operations
Maximize Commercial Value: Lead strategic relationships with key AV and platform partners, ensuring GM captures full value across licensing, support, and long-term roadmap alignment
Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Oversee structured evaluations and pilots for new tools and platforms, ensuring data-driven decisions based on productivity, quality, experience, and security impact

Required

10+ years of technical program or project management experience: Demonstrated success leading complex technical programs, preferably spanning Audio Visual, Broadcast, and/or Platform Engineering domains
BS or MS degree in an Engineering-related discipline, or equivalent experience
Deep AV & Broadcast Expertise: Strong engineering background with experience influencing architectural decisions, evaluating technical trade-offs, and deploying solutions in automotive or industrial environments. Expertise in platforms such as video streaming, audio/video switching, and collaboration room technologies
Vendor & Commercial Acumen: Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software and hardware vendor ecosystems, including licensing, identity integration, operational support, and performance management
Strategic Planning & Delivery: History of defining and executing multi-year platform strategies in complex, regulated environments. Ability to break ambiguous goals into actionable, measurable execution plans
Executive Influence: Exceptional stakeholder and communication skills with experience operating as a trusted partner to senior leaders, driving alignment across competing priorities, and influencing decisions without direct authority
Enterprise Program Methodologies: Expert-level proficiency with Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery models, and with enterprise-scale tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or MBA with technical focus
Demonstrated success implementing and managing complex IT or AV infrastructures, improving performance, and integrating modern technologies at scale
Prior leadership of Audio Visual & Broadcast Services transformation programs within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech company
