Senior React Web Developer

They are seeking a Senior React Web Developer who will collaborate with various teams to design and develop front-end applications using JavaScript and React, while also performing maintenance and enhancements based on business requirements.

Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with PMO, Development, Product Management, Business and Technical Operations, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, Networks, and Architecture teams
Design and develop front-end applications using JavaScript and React
Perform new development, maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements based on business requirements
Draft and review architectural diagrams, specifications, business requirements, and other design documents
Work with the existing technology stack (Java, C++, Linux/Unix, Open-Source Platforms, SOA) as well as new technologies for next‑generation solutions
Document technical requirements, program and subsystem designs, resolutions to system issues, project task descriptions, effort estimates, and unit/integration test results
Qualification
Required
Total of 6+ years of Web UI development experience
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile‑web principles, and best practices
Proficient with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket
Practical experience working within the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to occasionally work in other areas (e.g., backend, DevOps, other teams' codebases) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Self‑motivated, highly organized, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
A genuine desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve processes and solutions
Preferred
Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and UI development
