Cognizant is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to design and deliver high-quality, intuitive, and secure iOS mobile experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead development efforts, and contribute to architectural discussions to build scalable applications.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and test rich, interactive features for native iOS applications
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, clarify, and refine software requirements
Lead development efforts for complex components or features, ensuring quality, performance, and consistency
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced software issues throughout the development lifecycle
Participate in and often drive code reviews, upholding coding standards and best practices
Contribute to and influence architectural discussions and technical decision‑making

Qualification

IOS developmentSwiftObjective-CIOS frameworksProblem-solvingCommunicationCollaboration

Required

4+ years of experience in native iOS development
Proficiency with Swift and Objective‑C
Strong debugging and problem‑solving capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience building features for large‑scale or enterprise iOS applications
Strong understanding of iOS frameworks, UIKit/SwiftUI, mobile architecture patterns, and development best practices
Ability to contribute to technical design and mentor junior developers
