Support accurate entry, review, and maintenance of employee job and compensation data in HR systems
Focus heavily on data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing
Support HR partners and employees with routine transactions
Help ensure high-quality data and support the overall effectiveness of HR Services organization
Qualification
Required
Experience with Workday required; PeopleSoft experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a high commitment to data accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and the ability to perform minor data analysis
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and ability to work with HR partners and team members
Ability to work independently and within a team, while managing multiple priorities
Positive, adaptable, and curious approach to learning processes and tools
Preferred
Prior experience with HRIS, data entry, or HR data transactions preferred
