This role requires strong architectural ownership and deep hands-on expertise in Agentforce and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW), guiding architecture decisions and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities
Own and define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and MIAW
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise and client standards
Lead architectural decisions across data models, integrations, security, automation, and user experience
Define architectural patterns and best practices for Agentforce-driven workflows and AI-enabled service capabilities
Architect and govern Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW) implementations, including routing strategies, omni-channel models, and agent capacity planning
Provide technical leadership and design governance, reviewing solution designs and code for architectural compliance
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into architecture blueprints
Define and govern integration architecture using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, and Salesforce-native capabilities
Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, access management, and compliance standards, including least-privilege access and data protection
Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and architectural reviews across the delivery lifecycle
Qualification
Required
14+ years of overall software development experience (MANDATORY)
10–12 years dedicated exclusively to Salesforce architecture, design, and development
Strong hands-on expertise with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW)
Proven ownership of enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are mandatory
Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist certification is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Extensive hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
Strong experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security model, and compliance standards
Significant experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, conduct solution reviews, and enforce architectural standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
