Responsibilities
Support the build and validation of SQMS workflows, including supplier onboarding, audits, and SCAR/CAPA processes
Partner with IT and system vendors to triage issues, track defects and enhancements, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop and maintain SQMS training materials; conduct end-user training and provide ongoing Tier-1 system support
Serve as the operational owner of the Supplier Notice of Change (NOC) process, including intake, categorization (major/minor), risk screening, and routing for cross-functional review
Update and maintain supplier quality-related work instructions, forms, and templates (e.g., onboarding, qualification, audits, SCAR/CAPA, NOC)
Ensure all documentation is properly controlled within the QMS, including versioning, references, approval matrices, and training assignments
Contribute to Management Review inputs and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality systems, or supply chain roles within a regulated or manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Word or Docs, and PowerPoint or Slides
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with QMS or SQMS/eQMS platforms such as ETQ, Master Control, TrackWise, Greenlight Guru, Arena, or SAP QM
Experience with MSD and BRD documentation
Strong document authoring and process mapping skills
Familiarity with change control and risk management practices
