Responsibilities
Assists with a wide range of service assignments
Assists with qualification packets and proposal preparation
Assembles boilerplate text and graphics; collects information on clients
Uses spreadsheets or databases to document space lists and client area requirements
Organizes project files for archiving
May produce and assemble consulting deliverables, including assisting with report writing, creating spreadsheets and producing graphics using word processing, spreadsheet and graphic computer applications
Participates in all long-distance learning (LDL) programs
May collect space utilization information from AutoCAD/Revit drawings
Processes quantitative and qualitative information received from clients
May participate in client meetings
Leverages new technology to collect or analyze information
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in architecture, real estate, interiors, planning or related program
Knowledge and ability to use analytical and problem-solving techniques
Beginning to intermediate computer skills in computer software applications such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Graphics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
