Supervisor I Accounts Payable/Receivable
The Campbell's Company has been connecting people through food since 1869, and they are seeking a Supervisor I Accounts Payable/Receivable. This role is critical in strengthening the U.S. deduction and dispute resolution process, focusing on research and resolution of non-trade deduction issues while driving corrective action through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed root cause analyses and identify trends driving non‑trade deductions
Lead solution development by proposing alternative strategies and tactics
Identify key opportunities for cost avoidance and process improvements across the business
Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve deduction validation and processing issues, address process gaps, and elevate service levels
Provide periodic reviews of open deduction balances to key stakeholders
Recommend solutions and collaborate with U.S. Sales and customers to drive resolution and long‑term improvement
Develop and implement project plans, policies, procedures, and change management initiatives
Identify and drive standardization of processes across business units when appropriate
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience in deductions, supply chain, finance, analytics, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable solutions
Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional alignment and customer engagement
Ability to evaluate and streamline processes to reduce inefficiencies and cost
Strong business judgment during periods of high demand
Commitment to following issues through to resolution with strong attention to detail
Ability to develop and implement project plans, policies, and change management processes
Capability to work effectively with diverse teams, vendors, and global resources
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
Experience with SAP, AFS TradePro, MicroStrategy/Envision, or High Radius
Experience with vendor or third‑party service provider management
Understanding of financial controls and knowledge of Sales and Supply Chain programs and policies
