Lead requirements development, analysis, and management across multiple automotive domains

Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with system and business needs

Collaborate with system, software, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle

Support impact analysis, change management, and traceability

Drive best practices in requirements engineering and mentor junior engineers

Interface with stakeholders to clarify technical expectations and resolve gaps

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or related field)

Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.)

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or other automotive standards
