Responsibilities
Operate and monitor broadcast systems during live events to ensure smooth transmission
Identify and resolve technical issues in real time
Coordinate with production teams, directors, and on-air talent to support live broadcasts
Monitor and adjust audio/video levels to maintain high-quality standards
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each event
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
Be part of a 24/7 broadcast team. Our MCO team members work a variety of shifts including morning, swing, and night
Qualification
Required
Some experience or education in broadcasting engineering, communications, or a related field is helpful, but not required
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience in live broadcast or production environments
High School Diploma / GED
5-7 Years of relevant work experience
Preferred
Experience with broadcast automation systems
Technical proficiency with video servers, audio consoles, and automation systems
Certifications in broadcast engineering or related disciplines
Familiarity with broadcasting regulations and compliance standards
