Responsibilities
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports that drive strategic and operational decisions
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable BI solutions
Define and document consistent KPIs and data standards across the organization
Collaborate with Data Engineering to meet complex data requirements
Lead small to mid-size BI projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and communication
Train and support end users to maximize BI adoption and impact
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Analyst in a data warehouse environment
Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills
4+ years with Tableau (Power BI, Looker, or similar tools also welcome)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python, or R for automation and advanced analytics
