Responsibilities
Leads and guides personnel assigned to CREW SKILLS TRAINING (Virtual Simulation Training Devices)-related tasks
Manages CREW SKILLS TRAINING project performance and is responsible for quality/efficiency
Serve as primary POC to assigned PdL APM
Responsible for submission of all weekly TADSS updates, usage reports (weekly & quarterly), oversight of scheduling administration and the monitoring/surveillance of daily activities
Responds to all CREW SKILLS TRAINING PdL-related TDLs
Provides immediate responsiveness to assigned PdL APM for information/reporting requirements, and changes in portfolio or status
Supports PMO with TDP development aligned with PdL
Oversees TDP performance and is responsible for quality/efficiency
Coordinates issue resolution at PdL level
Qualification
Required
Education: (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree)
Active and Current U.S. Secret Clearance
Experience leading and guiding personnel assigned to CREW SKILLS TRAINING-related tasks
Experience managing CREW SKILLS TRAINING project performance and ensuring quality and efficiency
Experience serving as the primary point of contact to assigned PdL APM
Responsible for the submission of all weekly TADSS updates, usage reports (weekly and quarterly), and overseeing the scheduling administration and the monitoring/surveillance of daily activities
Experience responding to all CREW SKILLS TRAINING PdL-related TDLs
Provides immediate responsiveness to assigned PdL APM for information/reporting requirements, and changes in portfolio or status
Experience supporting PMO with TDP development aligned with PdL
Oversees TDP performance and is responsible for quality/efficiency
Experience coordinating issue resolution at the PdL level
Physical Requirements: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
