Banquet Office Coordinator

Responsibilities
Handle many different administrative duties such as scheduling and contacting staff
Buffet signage
Closing event checks
Uploading and updating gratuities/service charges for tracking purposes
Ordering office supplies
Requesting needed items from our storeroom
Office and paperwork organization
Any other projects or tasks that may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products
Ability to work weekends and occasional nights
