Responsibilities
Execute, adapt, and improve test methodologies and test plans
Set up, operate, calibrate, maintain, and repair specialized test equipment
Debug and troubleshoot complex test failures; perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
Load, run, and validate complex programs, builds, or test sequences
Document test results and communicate issues, risks, and recommendations
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support testing activities and timelines
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in testing, measurement, or related technical work
Strong experience with test execution, debugging, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with test equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance
Ability to follow and adapt procedures or help define new ones
Strong communication and collaboration skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
