Design and develop enterprise applications and Forms-based solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements
Work alongside application architects to implement architectural blueprints
Conduct R&D to guide the team toward successful delivery
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices
Integrate applications with existing enterprise systems
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the development team
Manage the application lifecycle including upgrades and maintenance
Implement analytics to measure application success
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Minimum IT Experience Required (In Years): 12+ Years
Relevant Experience Required (In Years): 8+ Years in Adobe Forms / Event-driven systems / AEM
