Business Development Representative (Independent Contractor)
LewisEllis LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to support new client origination efforts on a contract basis. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, initiating outreach, and facilitating introductions between prospects and LewisEllis consulting professionals.

Responsibilities
Originate and qualify new business opportunities for LewisEllis consulting services
Conduct outbound outreach efforts (including phone and email outreach) to prospective clients
Schedule qualified discovery meetings between prospects and LewisEllis consultants
Collaborate with LewisEllis leadership to align prospects with appropriate consulting expertise
Support opportunity progression through proposal and engagement stages, as applicable
Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunity status within HubSpot CRM
Coordinate professionally with LewisEllis leadership regarding pipeline status and results
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to independently source, engage, and qualify prospects
Familiarity with CRM systems
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and drive opportunities forward
Professional judgment, discretion, and reliability
Preferred
B2B experience preferred
HubSpot experience preferred
