Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Ensuring every project supports UDOT's long-term goals and follows industry best practices
Data Leadership: Identifying what information we need to make smart decisions and analyzing that data to find solutions
Visual Storytelling: Creating clear dashboards and reports that help stakeholders understand project progress at a glance
Collaboration: Working with internal teams and outside agencies to make sure our efforts are unified
Project Oversight: Managing schedules, budgets, and project goals to ensure we deliver results on time
Qualification
Required
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
Experience: At least four (4) years of professional experience in project management, strategic planning, data analysis, or a related field
You must successfully pass a criminal history check
Preferred
Experience writing strategic plans or setting performance goals
Expertise in using data visualization tools and techniques
A track record of presenting complex information to stakeholders
The ability to interpret large, complex data sets and turn them into actionable advice
