Responsibilities

Lead and manage earnings operations workstreams, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and closure of issues impacting earnings accuracy

Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, defects, and risks, providing actionable insights to support prioritization and decision-making

Perform root cause analysis and drive process and control improvements to reduce defects, rework, and manual effort

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to resolve issues, clarify ownership, and remove execution barriers

Lead, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a high-performing team environment with clear performance expectations

Promote continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and innovative solutions across operations
