Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
Implement automation using Apex and declarative tools where appropriate
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (MSSQL based, Docusign, etc.) via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
Ensure development adheres to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner
Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
Manage user accounts, permission sets, sharing rule and roles
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, duplication, and cleanup processes
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Stay informed on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices; recommend adoption where beneficial

Required

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience in Business Administration or similar area of study
4+ years of direct salesforce platform experience
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and integration techniques
Proven experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules)
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Team player with ability to work under pressure, conduct business in a professional manner, resolve problems and conflicts with minimal supervision
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications and processes
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Preferred

Salesforce Marketing cloud experience preferred
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification strongly preferred
