Responsibilities
Provide overall program management and oversight for all contractor activities under the task order
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and contractor staff
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all contract requirements
Ensure timely delivery of all services, deliverables, and reporting obligations
Manage staffing, performance, and resource allocation to meet mission needs
Oversee quality assurance and risk management processes
Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain full compliance with contract terms, policies, and performance standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of program management experience in an environment comparable to the scope and complexity described in the PWS
BA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or a related business discipline
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Must be fully empowered by the contractor to make operational decisions
Must not concurrently work as a contractor employee under any other task order within this contract
