Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company's rules and policies
Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable
Must understand and comply with applicable standards. ( i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, AAR, and CMMI)
Maintain and safeguard business records
Conduct pre-build inspections of components, noting any pre-existing, handling-damage, prior to beginning the build process
Utilizing approved manufacturing work instructions, use hand, pneumatic, and power tools to assemble components, according to drawing specifications, while adhering to quality requirements and best practices. Assembly processes, performed in an assembly line area, include:
Installation of sub-assemblies and other components
Installing gaskets and sealants
Running wiring
Fixing components and hardware installation
Building of wiring harnesses per work instruction and/or schematics
Installation and assembly of unit electrical assemblies and other components
Inform supervisor of any part or equipment defects noted during the build process
Monitor the shelf life of any consumables used to complete the build process. Follow all established disposal methods associated with consumable material
Perform serialization of parts in SAP, our enterprise resource planning system, as pertaining to work orders
Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members, as directed, and any other duties as assigned by the Cell Leader or Sr. Personnel
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
0-2 Years Relevant Experience
