GTM Systems & Data Manager

The GTM Systems & Data Manager will oversee the systems and data integral to the company's go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with various teams to optimize tools and processes.

Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and evolve our existing GTM tech stack, including tools such as Salesforce, ChiliPiper, Marketo, Gong, and Clay
Serve as the lead administrator of our Salesforce CRM, aligning its configuration with our sales and marketing processes and ensuring that relevant data from upstream systems is accurately captured within Salesforce
Manage integrations across all go-to-market systems and ensure high-quality data is accurately captured and delivered across the stack
Help go-to-market teams identify, evaluate, and implement new tools and processes to further enhance go-to-market capabilities
Build data models using DBT and Snowflake to aggregate, transform, and analyze go-to-market data from all relevant systems
Create reporting to generate actionable insights and tracking
Document processes, and serve as the subject-matter expert for GTM systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, go-to-market systems, or related roles with direct responsibility for technical systems and data management
Strong understanding of sales and marketing data/metrics, particularly in SaaS
Deep experience with Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with cross-functional stakeholders
Attention to detail and commitment to 'showing your work' through good documentation
Preferred
Proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and data warehouses
Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and data visualization tools
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo
