Generate tracking tools for MOM/YOY reporting metrics
Develop and assist with 5S audits and event launches to improve workplace organization
Evaluate opportunities for downtime reduction and process efficiency
Support safety engagement initiatives to enhance workplace safety culture
Assist in developing tools and strategies to measure and improve operational performance
Qualification
Required
Analytical skills to track and report key performance metrics
Knowledge of 5S methodology and process improvement techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate operational efficiencies
Interest in workplace safety and engagement initiatives
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements
Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing
Preferred
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with researching topics
Previous employment with a focus on team-work
