Responsibilities
Maintain and update standard costs, BOMs, routings, and overhead structures within the ERP
Analyze material, labor, and overhead data to identify cost drivers and trends
Support reporting related to inventory, COGS, production metrics, and variances
Serve as a key ERP resource; troubleshoot data issues and improve reporting processes
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve data accuracy and visibility
Assist with dashboards, margin analysis, and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience in finance, operations, manufacturing, or data analysis environments
Strong analytical skills and experience working with ERP systems and large datasets
1–3+ years of costing, manufacturing finance, or operational analysis experience
Experience with standard costing, inventory analysis, or variance reporting
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Experience with Microsoft NAV or Business Central
