Customer Care Ambassador

Propark Mobility is seeking a Customer Care Ambassador to join their corporate team in Washington, DC. The role involves answering and directing phone calls, organizing appointments, and providing support to internal and external clients, ensuring efficient communication and operations within the company.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Assist customers/clients with their inquiry via Salesforce
Process Payments for monthly service

Qualification

Required

You are at least 18 years old
Work efficiently, effectively and accurately
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels one-on-one and in public group settings
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Must be well organized, a self-starter and able to work independently
Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook

Preferred

Operations and administrative experience preferred
