Responsibilities
Conduct visual inspections and physical tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished modular home components
Document and report all quality control findings, including non-conformances, defects, and deviations from specifications
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
Utilize and maintain quality inspection tools and equipment, such as tape measures, calipers, and other testing devices
Ensure all quality assurance processes and procedures are followed and documented accurately
Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and standards
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
A strong commitment to safety and quality
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual, ready for an early morning shift
