Ensure seamless Business continuity in HW Development, testing and support for Baxter Infusion Pump platform
Hardware changes - PCB design, schematics, eBOM and maintaining ongoing hardware development activities
Sustenance Engineering/Component obsolescence
Design Transfer - Manufacturing support
Coordinate with External Vendors
Assisting in onboarding the new internal team
Additional support required
Cross-functional discussions (TRB/CCB/CIT)
Design reviews (Technical/Final Design)
Risk Reviews (PRR, EBRR)
