Responsibilities
Build, update, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test files
Perform functional and workflow testing across multiple operating systems, devices, and hardware within the photography product ecosystem
Analyze workflows to identify simplification and efficiency opportunities
Communicate and coordinate with development and working groups via Wiki, Slack, and JIRA
Interact with customers and participate in user forums to surface issues and feedback
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Analysts to implement new or existing feature requests
Participate in an agile software development environment to help deliver high-quality software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Experience writing test plans for end-to-end workflows and using test management suites
Understanding of test methodologies such as functional, performance, and security testing
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practices
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking with problem-solving orientation
Experience testing web applications
Preferred
Passion for photography; experience with Lightroom or photography-related products is a plus
