They are seeking a Training Content Writer Associate to support the Operations Training Manager by creating and updating training handbooks and resources, conducting content evaluations, and developing innovative training methods.

Responsibilities
Provide support to the Operations Training Manager in creating, revising, and updating Processing Center and BASBO training handbooks and resources used to equip PC Managers, PC Management Teams, and Associates
Work with the Operations Training Manager to restructure, reorganize, and update training handbooks, process documentation, and other training resources
Assist with evaluating current training content and resources and developing innovative methods for improvement
Research, outline, write, and edit content
Create PowerPoints and handouts for training Processing Center Staff and volunteers
Assist with writing content for online courses and training video scripts
Other duties may be assigned that are not specifically identified within the content of the job description
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. English degree preferred
Excellent writing, formatting and grammatical skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to present procedures and processes in clear, concise text
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Strong computer skills with advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Fluency in English (required)
Preferred
Knowledge of Grammarly and utilizing AI is beneficial
