Responsibilities
Provide hands-on, onsite technical support for end-users, focusing on desktop management and local infrastructure
Troubleshoot network connectivity, peripheral devices, and hardware components
Assist with the setup, configuration, and migration of workstations and mobile devices
Respond to and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal downtime for business operations
Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and infrastructure changes within the Lake City facility
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure Support
Deep proficiency in Desktop Management and Infrastructure Services
Installation and configuration of Windows OS
Hardware troubleshooting (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Scanners)
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
