Responsibilities
Lead VMware-to-XenServer VDI migrations and support Citrix Virtual Desktop environments across corporate and air-gapped Secure SCADA/Gas Control environments, providing Tier 3 VDI support for SCADA and Butane technicians
Administer Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) and Intune, including site infrastructure, distribution points, OS deployment, Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, co-management, CMG, and Azure AD integration
Manage mobile and rugged devices using Intune, Workspace ONE (AirWatch), and MaaS360, supporting fully managed, kiosk, and MAM-enabled deployments across office and field environments
Package and deploy applications using PSADT, AdminStudio, Wise, SCCM, and Tanium; develop PowerShell automation to streamline deployments, patching, and operational tasks
Perform monthly OS and third-party patching, manage SCEP, remediate client issues, and administer local admin access using Microsoft LAPS and BeyondTrust Privilege Management
Resolve Tier 3 ServiceNow incidents, provide advanced SCCM troubleshooting (clients, SQL, DPs, roles), support remote tools (BeyondTrust, Dameware), and manage client backup/restore using Veeam and Druva

Qualification
Required
5–8 years of hands-on experience with VDI management
Experience with VMware
Experience with XenServer
Experience with Citrix
Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM)
Experience with modern endpoint management technologies
