Kennison & Associates is a respected safety association seeking a Help Desk Support person for an 8-week onsite assignment. In this role, you'll provide front-line technical support for conference center meetings and events while gaining practical help desk experience in a professional IT environment.

Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support for conference center meetings and events
Set up and connect laptops and devices to displays using the proper adapters
Ensure conference room equipment (microphones, keyboards, phones, etc.) is charged, tested, and ready to go
Support internal employees with equipment issues and IT processes
Help IT administrators with daily equipment checks, shipping devices to remote employees, and other hands-on tasks
Document issues and escalate to team members when needed
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of help desk or IT support experience
Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, PC software, and VPNs
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Crestron systems
Desktop networking
DNS basics
A+ certification
