Responsibilities
Serve as a senior GIS technical lead, driving geospatial strategy and identifying growth opportunities
Advise clients on enterprise GIS solutions and support business development through proposals and technical demonstrations
Design, implement, and administer ArcGIS Enterprise environments and enterprise geodatabases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Lead cloud-based GIS deployments (Azure/AWS) and integrate spatial and non-spatial systems
Oversee mobile and field data collection systems (GPS/iPad)
Mentor junior staff and communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, Planning, or related field
7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise GIS solutions, preferably for public-sector or utility clients
Strong expertise in the Esri technology stack (ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Online)
Experience with enterprise database management and ArcGIS Enterprise administration
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Arcade, JavaScript, and API integrations
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments
Preferred
Utility Network, ArcGIS Indoors, BI tools, and asset management systems experience preferred
GISP certification preferred
