Responsibilities

Transform data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions
Work closely with functional teams across the department to design dashboards, analyze trends, and support strategic initiatives through data
Possess strong organizational, leadership, written and verbal communication skills
Articulate complex project status via dashboards to both customers and internal teams
Converse, collaborate, and generate and validate requirements with our cross functional team of engineers, and senior level government staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work/military experience
At least two (2) years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role
At least eight (8) years of experience with the IC
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau
Proficiency in use and data extraction from tools in the Atlassian Suite especially JIRA and Confluence
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Outstanding customer focus and service skills
5 + years of related experience
U.S. Citizenship Required
Preferred
Knowledge of statistics, forecasting, or machine learning concepts
SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Experience in SharePoint
Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments
Collaborative, data-driven culture
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
