Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist

This role involves being the primary interface between sales, operations, and manufacturing, reviewing orders, preparing setups in MRP systems, and coordinating with procurement and manufacturing on scheduling.

Responsibilities
Review order submittal packages for complete and accurate information
Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to determine lead times and communicate scheduling information with operations, sales, and clients
Daily processing of work order with job travelers, and maintenance of work order revisions
Review all work orders and job travelers for accuracy of information
Provide information/feedback on work orders for clarification
Ability to work independently and with co-workers
Ability to prioritize work objectives and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 plus years in manufacturing customer service / order processing
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Teams
Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills
Experience Using EPICOR Or Other ERP/MRP System Is Required
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
