They are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive the development and execution of quantum processors through the entire project life-cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables and resources.

Responsibilities

Oversee QPU projects by prioritizing project goals and deliverables while effectively managing deliverables, resources, budget and stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to develop and prioritize technical strategies for advancing QPU technologies. Within these discussions, track any program impacts while driving technical issues to conclusion

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, while regularly reporting program status to senior management

Manage changes in project scope, identify potential bottlenecks, devise, and where necessary, implement contingency plans

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time in the US and Europe

Required

Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or cross-functional team leader in the Semiconductor or quantum trap field

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and an innovative mindset

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for quantum computing and the desire to be at the forefront of groundbreaking technological advancements

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time in the US and Europe

Preferred

In depth knowledge of semiconductor design and fabrication processes

Working knowledge of quantum computing concepts, principles, and technologies

Working knowledge of semiconductor packaging and testing flows
