Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and increase revenue within your assigned territory
Set clear objectives and forecast sales performance
Travel throughout the territory to engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service and fulfillment
Collaborate with customers' technical teams to offer expert advice on product specifications, applications, and installation
Provide solutions and education on industrial equipment
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Required

2-5 years in a similar sales role within an industrial environment, with a focus on engineering or technical sales related to valves and flow control products
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Dynamics365 for documentation and reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to listen, clarify, and address customer needs effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and show initiative in growing sales and managing customer relationships
Clean driving record and valid insurance
Credit check is required for this position
Valid driver's license required with reliable personal transportation
Must meet Bray's Drivers Policy requirements, including background, physical, credit check, and proof of auto insurance
Field-based role with frequent travel within the territory and to Houston, Texas occasionally for training
Must be comfortable working independently and managing your own travel schedule and client interactions
