Onsite Customer Support Engineer
Integrity Quality is a company with over 30 years of expertise in containment, sorting, and inspection services. They are seeking a part-time Onsite Customer Support Engineer to assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities
Work directly with SQE at the plant
Check material on hold
Inventory status
Check sorting rate (People & time)
Follow issue directly with SQE
Inventory parts to check/checked
Send Daily/weekly reports
Qualification
Required
Experience in Customer Support and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to quickly identify and resolve issues
Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
Field Service expertise to ensure seamless on-site technical support
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to tasks
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for on-site support
Preferred
Technical certifications or relevant technical education is a plus
