Coordinating with vendors to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules
Managing and tracking incoming shipments accurately in the ERP system
Supporting inventory builds, transfers, and cycle counts
Monitoring reorder points and following up on orders to ensure smooth production flow
Assisting with bi-weekly production schedules
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or manufacturing/warehousing
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems
Preferred
Familiarity with Cal/OSHA and environmental regulations is a plus
