Responsibilities
Manage household operations and daily needs for the executive & their family
Assist with personal matters such as booking appointments, making reservations, family travel, etc
Run errands, stock household items & groceries, and oversee home organization
Oversee household renovation & remodeling projects
Help hire & coordinate with household staff (nannies, babysitters, chef, etc.)
Respond to issues or urgent matters at the household when needed (broken appliances, last minute deliveries, etc.)
Assist with party & event planning
Process household expenses and invoices
Assist with ad hoc needs & tasks
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or Family Assistant
Must have a valid Driver's License & reliable form of transportation
Superb attention to detail - crossing every t and dotting every i
Availability outside traditional business hours for urgent matters
Positive and professional communication style
Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with competing priorities
Reliable & resourceful nature
Service-oriented mindset
Preferred
Previous experience managing home renovations and/or construction projects a plus
