Responsibilities
Engage closely with key technical partners on high-priority projects, ensuring smooth delivery while maintaining transparency and visibility
Work alongside the Delivery Lead and other stakeholders to clarify project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams, including developers, product owners, and architects, to streamline planning, execution, and delivery
Organize and lead meetings with tech partners, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and collaborate with the Delivery Lead to devise and implement mitigation strategies
Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work culture that emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring communication is timely and effective to manage expectations and strengthen partnerships
Identify and act on opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and practices, contributing to the team's growth and efficiency
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in delivery management, enriching the team's knowledge base
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working in the similar role
Skills in managing multiple third-party engagements across diverse projects
Proven flexibility in addressing challenges and contributing to problem resolution
Proficient in traditional and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence
Experienced in software and firmware lifecycles, including release processes
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communicator, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and improvement
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
You have a technical background with Telecommunications
Have a technical background in networking, SIP & DECT
