Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact with external testing laboratories
Partner with labs to develop new performance testing protocols
Review and assess lab-provided protocols for accuracy, completeness, and alignment to requirements
Edit and standardize protocols as needed to ensure consistency and usability
Track progress and manage delivery across ~250 testing protocols
Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates
Identify risks, gaps, and delays and proactively drive resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience in quality, testing, or compliance within consumer products, CPG, or a related industry
Familiarity with laboratory testing environments and performance testing methodologies
Strong documentation review and technical writing skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills to identify gaps between customer experiences and testing coverage
Proven ability to manage high-volume deliverables under tight timelines
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple external partners
Preferred
Experience working with third-party labs or certification bodies
Experience supporting global or multi-region programs
Exposure to private label or retailer-owned brands
