As a CAD Designer, you will support the development of original textile and surface designs for various home products, collaborating with internal teams to create market-driven designs.

Responsibilities
Create original CAD artwork and print designs for a range of home products, including placement prints and all-over patterns
Research and interpret trends, color direction, and market data to inform design concepts
Develop seamless repeat patterns, colorways, and production-ready CAD files
Prepare accurate tech packs with artwork placement, scale, and color references
Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure design accuracy through to final product
Ensure CAD designs align with brand identity and appeal to target customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Surface Design, Print Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field
3+ years of experience in CAD design for textiles, prints, or surface design, ideally within home décor or consumer goods
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign
Solid experience with CAD software for textile and surface pattern design
Strong understanding of color theory, pattern composition, and print production processes
Experience creating print-ready artwork and technical CAD files
Ability to translate trends into compelling, commercially viable CAD designs
A portfolio showcasing original CAD and print work, including repeat patterns and product applications, must be included with your application
